Special Orders
I am delighted to create special orders. If you want a wonderful accent to a special outfit or a coordinating piece with jewelry that you already own, I will be happy to work with you to create just the look that you want. I also do special orders for wedding parties. A deposit of fifty percent is required for all special orders and is non-refundable. Having your earrings altered into a clip style does not constitute a 'special order'.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you need to return your item, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to send the item back. I want you to be completely satisfied with your piece. Please notify me by email that you are returning the item and please be sure to return it in the original condition and packaging.

Shipment
Shipments will be sent out three (3) times weekly, Mon, Thurs., and Sat.. Items will be sent either via Priority Mail or through U.P.S.

All purchases over $150.00 will receive free shipping.
